Most messages we get are sizing questions, and those are the ones worth asking before you order rather than after.

  • Sizing questions get priority

    Send the measurement around your dog's head — over the skull, across the base of both ears, under the jaw — and we'll tell you which size to take.

  • What we can't advise on

    We can't give veterinary advice. For a dog that panics at storms or fireworks, your vet is the right first call.

  • Order and shipping

    Shipping is free anywhere in the US and orders arrive within 7 to 14 days. Include your order number and we'll look it up.
